Hectorus of Guernicus
Hectorus is a Quaesitor, and is regarded by most mundanes as a pompous madman, who give him a wide berth if they can help it. In urban areas Hectorus is often tailed by packs of snarling dogs and whimpering curs, although they never draw too close to him, as if kept at bay by an invisible force. He sometimes walks in the guise of a beggar or doomsayer, always deeply hooded and cloaked. He is known to have a special hatred for oath breakers, and has developed a reputation for delivering omens and dire warnings. Any who challenge the Quaesitors' will can expect a hostile summons to answer for their actions before the Tribunal.
